This picture does not do justice to the large grassy acreage directly beside the parking area at The Bluff's motel. The grass was mown, the surrounding shade trees were welcoming, and under the big weeping willow tree at the right side of the picture there were lounge chairs for the guests. The lawn became a popular meeting and greeting place for motel guests and their accompanying canines.
